These General Terms and Conditions of Business ("Terms") apply to all registrations and participation in the Political Tech Summit ("Event") organised by Partisan GmbH, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Registration and Conclusion of Contract

2.1. Registration for the Event is binding upon confirmation and successful payment via the Event platform. 2.2. The contract is concluded between the participant and Partisan GmbH upon receipt of the registration confirmation. 2.3. The number of participants may be limited. Registrations are considered in the order of receipt of payment.

3. Ticket Policy

3.1. All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including in the case of non-attendance. 3.2. Name changes for tickets are possible upon request up to 7 days prior to the Event. Please contact the organiser via the contact form on the website. 3.3. Tickets may not be transferred for commercial resale.

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, legal restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, the organiser may reschedule the Event or offer digital alternatives. No refund will be granted in such cases.

This includes the use of contact details to send Event-related information before and after the Summit. 6.2. Participants also agree that their name, organisation, and email address may be shared with other participants as well as selected partners of the Political Tech Summit, strictly for purposes related to networking, collaboration, and follow-up within the scope of the Summit. 6.3. Participants may withdraw their consent to data sharing at any time by contacting the organiser at contact@politicaltech.eu. 6.4.
