Anastasia is a Swiss‑based social innovator and expert in public governance and global affairs. She is Co‑founder and CEO of reState Foundation, a non‑profit organisation focused on reimagining governance, civic engagement, and systems change. Previously, Kalinina served as Head of Regional Agenda at the World Economic Forum, engaging with governments, civil society, and research communities. She also worked as Senior Advisor on Partnerships to the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and was part of the founding team of the Global Shapers Community. Her work spans public governance, conscious leadership, social innovation, civic technology, policy, and global collaboration. She has been recognised through fellowships and leadership programmes and contributes to international discussions on governance and societal transformation.
