Hendrik has grown the company into a multi‑studio network contributing to games across platforms and markets. He began his career in the gaming sector with roles in game retail, journalism, and as a development manager before founding Remote Control Productions. Under his leadership, the group has expanded significantly, providing production support, business development, and executive production services. He also serves as President of the European Game Developers Federation (EGDF), advocating for the interests of game developer associations across Europe and supporting initiatives in game culture, education, and policy engagement.
