Tidhar is the Director for Partnerships and Government Affairs at the International Fund for Public Interest Media (IFPIM), where he leads diplomatic engagement with international organisations, regional bodies and national governments and oversees resource mobilisation. He has extensive experience in multilateral affairs, digital public policy and financial inclusion, having previously been Managing Director and a founding team member of the Better Than Cash Alliance, a United Nations‑affiliated global partnership accelerating the shift from cash to responsible digital payments. Tidhar has also worked with the United Nations, OECD and Oxfam and teaches geopolitics at Albert Business School in Paris.
