Bailey is a Canadian advocate and policy specialist for gender equity and civic engagement. She is currently the Growth Lead at SoSha.ai, where she helps organizations and non-profits mobilize communities through digital engagement tools. Previously, she held a number of leadership roles with non-profit organizations, including serving as Director of Programs and Global Engagement at Fora (formerly G(irls)20), working to build leadership capacity for young people, particularly in politics and gender equality.
