Clemens is a true political tech entrepreneur building tools for politics, public affairs, and regulatory since 2017. Based in Switzerland and Brussels, he founded politik.ch and SAVOIRR. Trained in classical philology, philosophy, media studies, and more. From the late 1990s he was an early adopter of "the internet" and social media for the German-speaking world, and an open data activist. Before turning to product-building for the policy, compliance, and regulatory sector, he ran a digital agency focused on digital transformation, online mobilization, fundraising, and campaigning. His writing on regulation, governance, AI and beyond has appeared in Die Presse, NZZ, and scientific other outlets.
