Clinton is a facilitator, moderator, and people developer based in Berlin and Cape Town, working with organisations worldwide. With over a decade of experience in leadership and organisational development, he supports clients across political, advocacy, governmental, and non-governmental sectors to strengthen collaboration and deliver quality results. His work is informed by years in party politics with South Africa’s Democratic Alliance, where he saw how leadership, culture, and collaboration shape outcomes in high-pressure environments. An accredited Design Thinking facilitator through the Design Thinkers Academy in Amsterdam, Clinton uses an empathy-led approach to design gatherings that enable meaningful dialogue, learning, and decision-making. He consults on, designs, and facilitates leadership and development initiatives—from long-term programmes to complex one-off events—and brings extensive political experience, including senior leader development, large-scale volunteer training, debate and media preparation, and election integrity work.
