Martin is Advisor AI and Co-Lead of the AI Lighthouse project "KI-Potenziale in Parlamenten" in the German Bundestag, where he also serves as Knowledge Manager. His expertise spans AI, digitalization, LegisTech, and Energy Transition.Previously, he worked in innovation at E.ON, led product development at Moon Lander start-up PTScientists, and managed start-up programs at the Helmholtz Association. He holds a PhD with honors in innovation management.
