Estera is a manager in Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance division, in the Governance, Compliance & Data Team. She advises public and financial sector organizations on digital transformation, GenAI solution design and implementation, as well as AI governance. She has experience in projects covering data strategy and governance, including the establishment of a data lab, as well as translating business requirements into technical specifications and guiding customer-focused implementation.
