Walshe
Garvan is the co-Founder of electoral integrity NGO Unhack Democracy and founder of democratic tech startup Article7. He is also a research associate at the Wilfred Martens Centre for European Studies in Brussels and associated with the ARENA programme at the Agora Center at John’s Hopkins University. He is a regular contributor to Foreign Policy and was a Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute.
