Jan is a Program Manager working at the intersection of good governance, peacebuilding, and political consultancy. Trained in international affairs and mediation, his work focuses on trust, legitimacy, and collective political judgment in high-pressure environments. Based in Berlin, he has spent several years designing and facilitating policy simulations and scenario planning processes for governments, parliaments, international organizations, and civil society across Europe, MENA, and Sub-Saharan Africa. For 2 years his team has been integrating AI into these methods. At CRISP e.V., he leads multi-stakeholder simulations and AI-assisted advisory tools for foreign, security, and defence policy, and serves as product owner for a growing portfolio of political tech applications.
