John is the managing partner at Workbench Strategy, a polling and data analysis firm founded in 2025. In Workbench's first year we've worked on key local races, including Zohran Mamdani's campaign in New York City, state, and federal campaigns. Prior to founding Workbench, John was the first Director of Targeting and Data Analysis for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, the FIeld Director at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, and a partner at the Democratic Party's premier analytics consultancy. He's advised campaigns in all 50 US states, the UK, the EU, and Latin America. He grew up in Switzerland and currently lives with his husband in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
