Ricker
Jordan Ricker is the Chief Operating Officer of opsci.ai, where he designs tools to turn digital traces into actionable insights on opinion dynamics, reputational risk, mobilization and influence. Opsci.ai is leading the European Narrative Observatory, through the EU Commission funded PROMPT (2024-2026) and SPINE (2026-2027) projects, which focus on disinformation detection and analysis, and large-scale social media monitoring. Jordan works at the intersection of data engineering and strategic storytelling, helping organizations understand how messages spread and mutate. He has publicly argued for researcher access to social-media data as a democratic good and regularly shares work on algorithmic observability. He was previously the Chief Digital Officer of the City of Paris. He’s a member of the scientific committee for the French La Concorde project, and a charter member of the ORA foundation for democratic resilience.
