Based in Lisbon, José works at Electica on digital advertising for political and advocacy campaigns across Europe. He holds a degree from Sciences Po Paris and a Master’s in Political Communication from the University of Amsterdam. Before joining Electica, he led all digital efforts for António Costa’s 2022 campaign, which delivered an outright majority in Portugal. Since then, he has supported local and national campaigns across more than 15 European countries, helping to plan and deliver compliant, effective multi-channel digital strategies.
