Kanksshi Agarwal is a German Chancellor Fellow (2024–25) based in Berlin, working at the intersection of technology, politics, gender, and climate. She is the Founder of NETRI Foundation—India’s first incubator and aggregator for women in the political ecosystem—and a public policy graduate from the University of Oxford on a full-ride scholarship. She has worked as a Global Fellowship Strategist and Tech Consultant with the Clooney Foundation for Justice and served as President of the Oxford India Forum. A TEDx speaker with 30+ engagements, she has been featured in LiveMint’s 100 Women Entrepreneurs and recognized as a FemiList-100 awardee. Trained at Harvard Kennedy School on full scholarship, she leads NETRI, incubated at NSRCEL (IIM Bangalore), which has worked with 9 political parties across 19 states, reaching over 5,000 women and building India’s first politico-tech platform for aspiring political leaders.
