Kyle is a researcher and practitioner of deliberative democracy who serves as Programme Manager at FIDE – Federation for Innovation in Democracy – Europe and as Democracy Lead at AI & Democracy Foundation. He previously worked as Research & Design Director at the newDemocracy Foundation in Australia. Redman has designed and managed over 30 citizens’ assemblies and other deliberative processes worldwide, focusing on developing tools and methodologies to make deliberative decision‑making more effective and representative.
