Liudmyla is Head of Communications at Ukraine2Power, a Ukrainian NGO delivering sustainable, decentralized energy solutions for critical public infrastructure in war-affected communities. She previously led internal and external communications at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Ukraine (Kyiv & Kharkiv). Her background includes alumni and community-building roles with the Ukrainian alumni of the Carl Friedrich Goerdeler College for Good Governance (Robert Bosch Foundation) and the IPS Alumni Association Ukraine (German Bundestag), as well as experience with the Ukrainian Parliament and the German Bundestag. Liudmyla holds a PhD in Germanic Languages with a focus on communication, was an Associate Professor at the Institute of Journalism at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and has a strong interest in security, media, good governance, conflict resolution, and AI.
