Marie‑Agnes is a German Member of the European Parliament (MEP) for the Free Democratic Party (FDP), serving since 2024. Her political work focuses on European security and defence, foreign affairs, and strengthening the EU’s common defence policy. She is a member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Subcommittee on Security and Defence (SEDE), and serves as chair of the FDP delegation in the European Parliament.
