Marya is a research and development officer based in Rouen, France. She works on inclusion and the professional integration of people with disabilities, with a particular focus on vocational training. She uses communication as a strategic tool to support awareness and lasting change. Very engaged in her city, Marya is the founder of the association MARYA, a newly created non-profit that supports women’s empowerment, helps reduce mental load, and creates spaces for solidarity. She is a candidate on the MoDem list for the 2026 municipal elections in Rouen, working to bring social issues and accessibility into local politics. She takes part in official remembrance ceremonies in Normandy as a volunteer flag bearer, and contributes actively to the Jeunes Démocrates. She also takes part in initiatives led by the Young Democrats of Europe. In 2025, she was selected as one of ten women from across Europe to take part in the ELECTA program for emerging political leaders.
