Verhaeghe
Pauline is a social entrepreneur and co-founder of ELECTA, an organization dedicated to empowering women to win elections and close the gender gap in political leadership. She is also co-founder of Social Innovation Circle, where she supports changemakers worldwide through coaching and strategic guidance. With over a decade of experience in social innovation — including eight years at Ashoka, the world’s first global network of social entrepreneurs — Pauline has collaborated across sectors and borders to scale impactful solutions to today’s most urgent challenges. An alumna of Belgium’s 40 Under 40, she holds a postgraduate degree from the College of Europe in Natolin and is currently based in Brussels.
