Rachel builds learning tools that drive real-world political change. As Head of Product at Majoritas Academy, she leads product strategy for digital platforms that help campaigns, civil society, and governments learn faster, act smarter, and scale their impact. She’s spent her career turning complex institutions toward action, from designing national training for Citizens Advice during Brexit to advising governments and NGOs on using technology and learning to drive reform. More recently, she’s brought that same approach to early-stage startups, transforming edtech at scale at Sales Impact Academy and Aula Education, where she built systems that cut costs, accelerated delivery, and boosted learner outcomes.
