Sarah is Managing Director of Make.org, overseeing its activities in Germany. Make.org develops digital tools for participatory processes and leads research on ethical AI for democracy.Previously, Sarah spent eight years in participatory transformation and organizational development, including roles at Kienbaum Consultants and her own consultancy. She studied at Sciences Po Paris and the Free University of Berlin.
