Stefanie is a political professional serving as Head of the Political Unit at the ALDE Party (Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe). In this role she leads work on membership engagement, policy development, political research, and data analysis to support ALDE’s strategic objectives across member parties. Born and raised in Vienna, she has been active in the Austrian liberal party NEOS since its founding, contributing to its first successful national election campaign and working in communications, campaigning, and as Chief of Staff for the NEOS delegation in the European Parliament. Her experience spans local elected office, party activism, strategic advising, and organisational leadership within European liberal politics.
