Spitzer-Hobeika
Tamara Spitzer-Hobeika is a PhD candidate at New York University’s interdisciplinary department of Media, Culture, and Communication (MCC), and a doctoral associate at Sciences Po’s médialab in Paris. Her research focuses on political tech, and she teaches undergraduate & master’s courses on topics such as platforms and political communication. Tamara is also the Vice-president of A Voté, a nonpartisan and independent French NGO defending democratic progress and civic rights.
