Tamara is the CEO of Qela, a Ukrainian tech startup that gamifies community-building for democratic causes. Qela integrates task management, gamification, and voting to enhance civic engagement. Previously, Tamara worked as a communications strategist, led the press office at Ukraine’s Ministry of Health, and managed election campaigns. She is also a Democracy Tech Entrepreneur Fellow with the Alliance of Democracies Foundation.
