Masson
Thierry enters politics with the centrists during the European elections of 2004. He is later a member of La République En Marche (President Emmanuel Macron’s political movement). He is elected Councillor of the French Citizens abroad for Belgium in 2017, and Councillor of the Assembly of French Nationals Abroad in 2021, where he chairs the Independents, democrats and progressists Group. Currently Head of the Unit “Economy and digital transformation” at the Renew Europe group, he has worked in the European Parliament since 2006. He followed prior to this and for 10 years the work of the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection, in particular digital affairs, public procurement and the dieselgate scandal.
