Tom Moylan is the Founder and Director of Moylan Communications, a Brussels-based agency supporting organisations active in EU affairs to influence policy through strategic communications. The agency works with public institutions, associations, businesses and non-profit organisations. He previously spent ten years in communications roles at the European Commission, with experience spanning digital communications, speechwriting and public opinion analysis. Tom also helps lead PoliVue, an AI-powered platform providing stakeholder mapping, legislative tracking and media monitoring for EU affairs professionals. In addition, he lectures and conducts research on strategic communication at the Brussels School of Governance, Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
