Tornike is the founder of My Voice Counts (MVC), a democracy technology platform enabling a safe and verified way to be heard. MVC allows users to vote anonymously on public questions and see real, data-driven public insights, positioning digital plebiscites as a modern decision-making tool for institutions, communities, and governments. He is one of the most active early-stage investors in Georgia, with 30+ startup investments, and a partner in a 100+ member angel investor network, helping grow early-stage funding and technology adoption in the region. Before founding MVC, Tornike built a company valued in the tens of millions in Georgia and gained extensive crisis management experience in the private sector. Today, through MVC, Tornike is exploring how verified digital voting and data-driven public sentiment can offer new ways for societies to understand themselves and for institutions to make informed decisions.
