Speaking at this event:

Look around - the learners are winning!  The populists don’t have more money, or better ideas or even stronger conviction. They’re winning because they’re learning faster than us - they continuously test and adapt, scaling whatever works faster than their opponents.

To combat this you need people who can do the same and learning systems that empower them. But the uncomfortable truth is that most campaign training is bad: graveyards of Zoom recordings and technology no more sophisticated than a discussion forum.

In this session, Jacob Kestner and Rachel Haak (Majoritas Academy) show how learning systems are fundamental to modern power and how pro-democracy actors can reclaim the edge.

Participants will explore:

  • What a “learning organisation” looks like in a political context

  • How to build tech-enabled experimentation cultures

  • How to use AI as a multiplier, not a distraction.

Attendees will leave with a blueprint for turning campaigns into high-velocity learning machines capable of surviving—and winning—in an age of algorithmic politics.
