He leads the technical architecture behind the platform. His work focuses on orchestrating large-scale data collection through scraper stacks and leveraging large language models alongside conventional machine-learning techniques to extract structured, decision-relevant insight from complex policy and public data. Based in Brussels, he builds systems designed for robustness, transparency and practical use by policy professionals.
